The villa is located in Lavagna, a town in the Gulf of Tigullio, and is about 12 km from Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino and Genoa and about 40 km from its airport. The property was built in 1935 and has been completely renovated. The villa is on many levels and is composed of:
